What should be a lunch that fills you up with energy and reminds you of an exciting journey? Elegant, balanced and tasty. This is the responsibility of our chef George Sharuev. And lunch should definitely fit into your schedule. That’s why we have compiled a selection of ideal dishes that are combined in a format convenient for you.

Nicoise salad with anchovies Kalamato olives, baked zander with polenta and vegetable julienne are marked by Mediterranean ease of being. Chicken with basmati rice and soy sprouts in chili sauce and salad with edamame beans, shiitake mushrooms and finely chopped veal are cooked in a bright Asian style. And chicken broth with homemade noodles and bean soup are cooked as if from grandmother’s stove, which stood in the summer kitchen in the garden. A glass of good wine or a cup of hot espresso - and you are ready to pick up speed on business turns until the end of the day.
