Updated summer menu


Veal with chanterelle mushrooms, sea flounder with tarragon and capers, stracciatella with tomatoes and green butter, fish croquettes with young spinach, champagne-based ice cream, these and other dishes in our updated summer menu from the chef George Sharuev.

Artem Darchuk, our restaurant sommelier, has complemented the enoteca with a collection of refreshing wines for cozy evenings at the summer terrace: French Chardonnay, Italian Lambrusco Rosso, New Zealand Sauvignon and other light wines that emphasize the fresh flavors of the updated menu.
